Description

We are seeking a motivated physiotherapist to join and take on a lead clinical role in a well-established private practice in a welcoming regional community.

Our clinic has been operating for 6 years and has built a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-centred care. We currently offer Physiotherapy, Clinical Myotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, including Reformer Pilates and gym rehabilitation, with excellent growth potential for the right clinician.

This role would suit a physiotherapist who is looking for clinical autonomy, leadership opportunities and the ability to shape their ideal caseload and services within an already established clinic.

About the Role

• Opportunity to take over an existing physiotherapy caseload
• Flexible working days and hours
• Work alongside a clinical myotherapist and physiotherapist
• Access to a fully equipped gym and rehabilitation space, including reformer Pilates
• Administrative and practice management support provided
• Ability to develop your own areas of clinical interest

Our Facilities

• Private clinic with treatment rooms, well-equipped rehabilitation gym (pin-loaded, cable machine and free weights + more) and 6 Reformer Pilates machines
• Established patient base and strong local referral network - GPs, orthopaedic specialists, sporting clubs

We are looking for a physiotherapist who:

• Is passionate about providing high-quality patient care
• Enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive clinic environment
• Is motivated to build and grow their caseload
• Has strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Is interested in contributing to the ongoing development of the clinic
