Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing ~
Delivering high-quality physiotherapy care across a diverse caseload
Mentoring and supporting junior clinicians
Helping drive clinical standards, culture, and team performance
Working closely with the Directors on clinic growth and strategy
Having real input into systems, services, and future direction
Being the key leader within our Townsville clinic
What We’re Looking For ~
AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
Strong clinical experience (sports, private practice, or mixed caseloads welcome)
Natural leadership qualities - whether formal or informal
Someone proactive, positive, and invested in team success
A physio who wants to grow with the business, not just fill a role
