Hays are currently partnered with a PIF Project in Riyadh as they are hiring a Senior Manager - Real Estate Investments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the Kingdom's most ambitious and transformative initiatives, with exposure to high-impact investments across real estate, infrastructure, and strategic sectors.

In this role, you'll drive investment strategies, build advanced financial models, and lead feasibility studies and due diligence for major development projects. You'll partner with executives and key stakeholders to optimise capital allocation and deliver exceptional returns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in Real Estate Investments for large-scale developers
• Proven ability to lead financial strategy and business planning for large-scale projects.
• Expertise in financial modelling, strategic planning tools, and Power BI.
