Description
OverviewChicago School of Golf is seeking an experienced and driven instructor to lead and grow our programming at Saddle & Cycle Club. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a well-established private club program with proven demand, while working within one of the most respected golf instruction organizations in the Chicagoland area.
Founded in 2014, Chicago School of Golf was built on a vision to deliver exceptional customer service and a structured developmental pathway for golfers of all ages and skill levels. Our approach centers on individualized coaching, long-term player development, and creating an environment where every student can reach their full potential.
Saddle & Cycle Club holds a special place in our history-it was Chicago School of Golf's first club partnership. Since 2014, we have played an integral role in developing the golf community at the club, building strong relationships with members and establishing a foundation for long-term program success.
That foundation has already translated into meaningful demand. From April through October alone, lesson revenue at Saddle & Cycle Club reached approximately $250,000. The incoming coach will benefit from an existing foundation of students and programming, with an immediate opportunity to build upon a strong and growing base. With recent and upcoming facility enhancements, including indoor simulators and expanded training spaces, we are now positioned for significant year-round growth and are hiring to meet that demand.
Today, Chicago School of Golf operates across three indoor facilities and eight golf courses, and has become a leader in player development throughout the region. Our team continues to grow as more golfers seek out structured, high-quality coaching.
We are seeking a full-time Senior Coach at Saddle & Cycle Club who will take responsibility for developing and expanding the club's golf programming. This role functions as the on-site leader of golf instruction, with full responsibility for program growth and development. The position is central to expanding year-round offerings, mentoring instructors, and delivering a best-in-class experience for members, while working closely with the Director of Golf to execute a long-term vision for player development at the club.
This role is ideal for a coach who wants to take ownership of a program and build a full lesson book within a high-quality private club environment with existing demand and significant upside.
The ideal candidate is comfortable coaching all ages and skill levels, is highly motivated to grow a program, and takes pride in building relationships within a private club setting.
