About You
You are a high-calibre Financial Planning professional with:
A demonstrated track record in building and managing a strong client portfolio
Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team
A proven ability to generate new business and grow assets under management
A reputation for technical excellence and trusted client relationships
You are either:
A current Partner / Director seeking a more dynamic platform, or
A Senior Advisor (who has been overlooked for Partner) ready to step into leadership and equity, or
A Sole Practitioner looking to scale with the backing of a larger, well-resourced firm
For Senior Advisors, this is your opportunity to step into a true Partner-level environment, where your experience, leadership capability, and business acumen will be fully utilised and recognised.
For Sole Practitioners, this represents a unique opportunity to transition into an executive leadership role within a larger organisation, allowing you to maintain client relationships while leveraging significant operational, compliance, and growth support.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Financial Planning (or equivalent)
FASEA compliant and Financial Adviser Exam passed
ASIC registered with a clean regulatory history
Ongoing CPD compliance
