Senior Capital Markets Consultant

Tasks

• Lead workstreams in capital markets consulting projects
• Analyze trading activities, balance sheet structures, risk frameworks, and regulations
• Translate regulatory requirements into business and operating-model impacts
• Prepare and present high-quality client deliverables
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Consulting or within a Financial institution
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• A market relevant certification like CFA or FRM is a plus
• Solid understanding of capital markets products, financial institutions and Strong expertise in at least one area: Trading, Risk Management, ALM, Treasury, Market Risk, Liquidity, or Capital Markets Regulation
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients and excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French required
