Description
Step into the role of Senior Associate, Property Strategy and Management, where your expertise will help shape and deliver new and existing sports & entertainment partnerships for the firm. You'll be a critical player in helping ensure the Sports & Entertainment marketing team is at the forefront of sports & entertainment trends and innovations that can help the firm maximize its investments, achieve strategic objectives and remain a leader in the space.As a Senior Associate within the Sports & Entertainment marketing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the our strategy remains consistent and current, that the necessary data, research and market insights are present for the team to build the best business cases internally for existing as well as new partnerships. You will be critical in keeping the team organized and uniform in how it strategically looks at both existing and new partnerships.
Job responsibilities
- Support the Head of Partner Strategy and Management across existing and new property partnerships
- Develop and create strategic overviews, business cases, etc. for existing and new partnerships and sponsorships
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic documents, overviews and business cases
- Track and report on partnerships and sponsorships to ensure investment optimization
- Assist in the development of client engagement strategies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors
- Identify opportunities to enhance, evolve and innovate partnerships and sponsorships
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sports and entertainment marketing
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, or sports & entertainment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in sports and entertainment marketing or sponsorship
- Familiarity with sponsorship and partnership in the sports & entertainment space
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and measurement tools
- Experience working with agencies and external partners
- Creative mindset with ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Understanding of brand management principles
- Prior experience in financial services or corporate marketing
