Your new role
- Handle inbound sales enquiries, no cold calling
- Understand customer needs and build strong rapport over the phone
- Promote and sell a range of tailored packages and exclusive events
- Deliver a personalised and engaging sales experience from enquiry through to close
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs for conversion and revenue
- Prepare fast, accurate quotations and pricing calculations
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment
- A highly motivated, results-driven sales mindset
- Previous experience in consumer sales or a strong desire to build a career in sales
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Comfortable working in a busy, phone-based sales environment
- Strong numerical ability, including basic margin and pricing calculations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and varying hours as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of common office systems (CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook, internet tools)
- Uncapped commission paid at the point of booking
- Realistic first-year OTE of $80-90k, increasing to $100k+ from year two
- Hybrid working arrangements once fully trained
