Position Description:
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst who will support the daily administration and optimization of core enterprise systemsprimarily Salesforceand assist with the execution and improvement of key Revenue Operations (RevOps) processes. This role focuses on data management, report creation/maintenance, user support, process documentation, and queue/request handling. Its an excellent opportunity for someone to gain hands-on experience in business systems, analytics, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Position Duties:
1. RevOps Queue Management:
- Manage incoming requests and tasks in the RevOps queue, prioritizing based on urgency and business impact.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams (Sales, CS, Finance) to troubleshoot operational issues.
- Help refine and improve request triaging and resolution processes to enhance service levels.
2. Data Governance & Reporting:
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and associated tools through regular audits, deduplication, and updates. Support the creation and management of dashboards and reports to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions. Assist with documentation and enforcement of data governance standards and user guidelines.
3. System Administration & Support:
- Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and support of Salesforce and related third-party integrations. Perform user management tasks including onboarding, permissions, and deactivation. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members or vendors. Support regular deployment of system enhancements, bug fixes, and releases.
4. Operational & Process Excellence:
- Contribute to the optimization of RevOps processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Identify bottlenecks in sales, deal management, and revenue workflows and propose improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure alignment with business goals.
5. Process Documentation & Training:
- Document system processes, workflows, and change management procedures. Participate in testing and validating changes prior to deployment. Support internal training and onboarding for system users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present process updates, operational performance, and improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Systems Admin, or Business Analyst role in a B2B SaaS environment Intermediate familiarity with Salesforce; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus Experience with ticketing/queue systems is a plus. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and an understanding of data structures. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Curious, process-minded, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidates relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
