Description
Responsibilities:- Direct the full due diligence lifecycle, from initial sourcing and manager meetings to ongoing monitoring and risk assessment.
- Produce high-level market commentary and thematic research to guide and refine our global asset allocation framework.
- Cultivate a deep professional ecosystem by managing relationships with GPs, industry intermediaries, and external research partners to secure proprietary insights.
- Lead the evolution of our internal research infrastructure by architecting new tools and analytical systems for portfolio tracking and decision support.
Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or related subjects from a top-tier university.
- 4+ years of institutional investment experience. Direct exposure to buy-side research or the hedge fund ecosystem is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of international work experience is preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
