Description

• Execute trades in REITs and related securities across global markets, ensuring best execution and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, news, and economic indicators to identify trading opportunities and manage portfolio risk.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to optimise trading strategies.
• Provide market insights and contribute to investment strategies for REITs and real estate-related products.
• Ensure accurate trade booking, reconciliation, and reporting in line with operational standards.
• Collaborate with research, portfolio management, and risk teams to align trading activities with broader investment objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA or similar certification is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of experience trading REITs or real estate-related securities.
• Strong understanding of REIT structures, valuation metrics, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, and other trading platforms.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions in volatile markets.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong and global regulatory requirements for trading activities.
