Accounts Payable Analyst (Shared Services)

You will be joining a leading global organization as they establish their foundational Shared Service Centre (SSC) team in Malaysia. Your new role

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will be a key player in the Accounts Payable function, supporting operations across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end payment processing for regional entities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional suppliers.
• Preparing detailed AP reports and participating in supplier meetings to ensure service levels are met.
• Supporting the transition of AP tasks from local offices to the new centralized hub.
• Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline workflows and improve processing accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of specialized experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a fast-paced Shared Service Centre (SSC).
• Technical Skills: Strong ERP knowledge, with a preference for candidates who have experience with (or have migrated to) Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Attributes: You are a forward-thinking professional who is highly KPI-oriented and thrives on meeting operational deadlines.
