We are partnering with an agile, high-performing multi-asset investment manager that is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Portfolio Operations & Performance Lead to join their team. If you are tired of being a tiny cog in a massive corporate machine and want a role where you actually own the data, systems, and processes, this is it. You will sit right at the crossroads of portfolio management, risk, and fund accounting, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. We need a strong desire for learning and will teach everything. We need someone who looks at an operational process, finds the bottlenecks, and proactively fixes them.

1. Own the Numbers: You'll handle the monthly portfolio performance reporting inside out-digging into investment returns, checking risk metrics, and running benchmark comparisons that the investment team relies on.
2. Track & Analyze: Keep a close eye on existing portfolio holdings, spotting trends, and delivering clean data on how different investment strategies are actually playing out.
3. System & Data Management: You will be the ultimate custodian of the portfolio management systems and databases. If the data goes in, you ensure it's accurate, reliable, and secure.
4. Core Operations: Oversee the fund accounting side, keep tabs on NAV preparation, and handle the crucial reconciliations (cash, positions, bank, and custodian statements) so there are zero surprises.
5. Process Evolution: We don't like doing things the hard way just because "that's how it's always been done." You'll constantly look for operational inefficiencies and implement smart upgrades to reporting workflows and controls.

What we are looking for:

1. The Multi-Asset Toolkit: You have solid experience in investment operations, fund administration, or portfolio performance analytics, ideally dealing with multi-asset portfolios.
2. Tech & Data Savvy: You are highly proficient with portfolio management software and database systems. You appreciate data integrity and know how to maintain robust risk controls.
3. An Analytical Mindset: You don't just pull reports; you understand what the metrics (NAV, returns, risk) actually mean for the business.
4. The "Problem Solver" Attitude: You're someone who naturally looks for ways to automate, streamline, and improve daily workflows.
