Your New Role

As an OTC Analyst you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service delivery and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team to hit performance targets, manage high-level escalations, and refine the internal service journey.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Handling complex inbound and outbound queries, providing expert guidance and resolving high-priority issues.
• Process Improvement: Building rapport with global stakeholders and maintaining a professional, solution-oriented approach.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with various internal departments to resolve bottlenecks and streamline regional workflows.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in professional corporate environments or shared service centers, combined with proven leadership experience.

• Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential to support the regional portfolio.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a supervisory or Senior SME capacity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and experience with corporate ERP or CRM systems.
• Attributes: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.
