2026 National Data Manager 
 
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:  
ALWAYS UNITED LLC will be conducting efforts to elect pro-worker candidates to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2026. The program will be an innovative, data-driven voter mobilization program through the implementation of a districtwide, direct voter contact effort in eight to ten races across the United States.  
To carry out this field operation, ALWAYS UNITED LLC will be contracting a full-time Data Manager. The person in this position will be key to the success of the program and will report to the National Field Director. The Data Manager will handle the day-to-day data needs of the program, including walk lists for canvassers, data analysis and reports for the National Field Director, Regional Field Directors, and program managerial team. The Data Manager will also work closely with other program staff, affiliated entities and sponsors. 
 
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:   
Provide data and technological guidance to the National Field Director and Regional Field Directors, particularly acting as frontline support for troubleshooting VAN (Voter File Network) requests, user creation, training, and ensuring highest quality of data standards. 
Manage and administer voter file updates, VAN (or equivalent) system, data acquisition, and other technologies utilized in conjunction with the voter file and VAN. 
Along with managing VAN, overseeing and managing additional databases and data collection processes, such as NGP and Google Suite to ensure data is consistent and clean across CRMs. 
Extensive training is expected to help fellow team members utilize data, technology, and VAN and this position should expect a significant portion of their time during peak campaign season to be spent on canvasser support, training, and outward facing activities.  
Other duties as assigned, such as data analysis and report creation.  
 
COMPENSATION / APPLICATION:   
This will be a contracted position to run through November 30, 2026. 
Compensation will be a salary of $12,000-$14,500 per month depending on experience and job skills.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:   
Candidates should excel in customer service, training, relationship-building, and be team players. 
Have a track record of working with and ideally administering VAN, such as having Lead Field Organizer/Director or Deputy Data Director experience. 
Be proficient with VAN (or equivalent), Excel/Sheets and other related software platforms. 
Experience providing data to digital ad vendors a plus. 
Have a high level of attention to detail and be a problem-solver.
