Our privately owned, state-of-the-art hospital delivers advanced emergency and specialty care. We are seeking a Medical Director to join our highly collaborative, supportive team. We are actively growing into a referral specialty hospital, with plans to add Internal Medicine, Neurology, and Critical Care.

The Medical Director at Cladda provides clinical leadership and medical oversight while remaining an active emergency clinician. Working closely with hospital and LVT leadership, this role ensures high standards of patient care, supports clinician growth, and helps guide the hospital’s evolution toward specialty care. The Medical Director sets the tone for collaborative, evidence-based, and people-first medicine.
- Practice cutting-edge emergency medicine with CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, ventilators, and more
- Work with a highly skilled team, including a Boarded Surgeon, Rehab and Acupuncturist, LVT managers with 10+ years’ experience and a strong DVM-to-tech ratio

Our Team & Culture
- 3 DVMs with diverse ER experience
- Boarded Surgeon, Rehab and Acupuncturist
- 40 total staff members, including 7 LVT's and 3 LVT's in Management
- Strong DVM-to-tech ratio: 1-2 LVT's:1 DVM + 2-3 Assistants:1 DVM
- Leadership: Our Hospital Manager, a Licensed Veterinary Technician with 24 years of veterinary experience (10 in ER), fosters a collaborative, respectful, open-door environment.
