Educator’s Ally is seeking Math Teachers for independent private day and boarding schools across the United States. We partner with schools to identify talented, student-centered educators who bring strong content knowledge, a commitment to inclusive teaching, and a passion for working with young people.
We welcome candidates with experience at the elementary, middle, high school or collegiate level, across all math disciplines.
Position Overview
Math teachers in independent schools are nurturing, intellectually curious educators who design engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Successful candidates foster inquiry, critical thinking, and a joy for learning while supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Teachers are expected to collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute meaningfully to the broader life of the school community.
