Description

1. Direct client liaison ensuring that portfolios are managed efficiently
2. Support the European CRE team in various areas: modelling, analysis, financial reporting.
3. Oversee Credit Analysis on an array of clients, relating to CRE and CMBS products.
4. Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients.
5. Review loan documentation as required.

1. A working understanding of CRE and other structured loan products.
2. Credit risk analysis
3. Must be a fluent Spanish or German speaker.
4. Knowledgeable of loan documentation and financing structures related to European CRE.
5. General duties as required by senior management.
