Description

This is a contracted, on-site Licensed Massage Therapist role located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Licensed Massage Therapist will be responsible for performing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including body massage and specialized treatments to promote relaxation and address clients’ wellness needs. This role also involves consulting with clients to assess their needs and developing personalized treatment plans accordingly. Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, professional environment for clients is a top priority.

Requirements

Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques is a must and certification or an interest in Cranio Sacral Therapy is helpful but not required

• Strong skills in Stress Management to help clients achieve relaxation and wellness
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to establish trust and maintain client relationships
• State licensure as a Licensed Massage Therapist
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain professionalism
• Passion for professional growth and continuing education
