Kur Village is family owned and fully booked , located in downtown Plymouth.  Join our team as we enter our 10th year at our thriving Waterfront Spa!  

Hours of Operation: Tuesdays 12:00-7:00, Wednesday-Saturday 10:00-5:30/6   Closed : Sundays/Mondays

We offer consistent, set schedules - Not rotating shifts

Currently hiring for Set Shifts:    (full shifts): Tuesday 12:00-7:00, Thursday 10:00-5:30, Saturday 10:00-5:00  

Applicants must be available for all three shifts since all other days are currently filled by other practitioners.

Compensation: Hourly + Commissions + Tips: A combined average of $61.00-$100.00 per hour of hands-on work.

 Paid on the job training

-Therapists are paid for no shows 

-We accept both credit card and cash tips

-This is a W2 Part-Time Employee position

Expectations:

-Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in Treatment rooms
-Exceptional personal hygiene, a neat and professional appearance and compliance with our all-black business -casual dress code.
-Professionalism and positivity while interacting with the owner, manager, co-workers and clients.
-The role requires strong time management skills and the ability to stay on schedule throughout the day.

Duties

-We specialize in therapeutic massage, using manual therapies to improve overall health and functional movement. We review client's health intakes ,provide assessments and base our treatments on those findings.

-Therapists are expected to learn and incorporate Kur Village's signature spa treatment protocols.

-Kur Village does not practice Reiki, energy work, or spiritual energy based services. Applicants must be comfortable working with our established service menu and treatment protocols.

Practice Standards & Amenities

-You will be busy! We are able to provide new clients weekly and year-round. We work as a team to ensure client satisfaction.
-A comfortable work pace with 15-30 minutes between clients.
-Separate guest waiting room and employee break room with kitchenette.
-We have daily reception/ front desk coverage. Reception is responsible for checking in guests, cashing out/rescheduling and helping maintain a well-organized flow throughout the day.
-Offering up to date, user friendly booking software and modern technologies.
-Electric lift massage tables and spa workstations designed for the convenience and comfort of therapists in all treatment rooms.
-Located inside an immaculately maintained medical office building with a maintenance & cleaning crew.
-Our Building has welcoming common areas, an outside courtyard and waterfront picnic areas. 
-Therapists are provided with high end spa products for client treatments. Products are immaculately maintained and organized.
-Linens are laundered professionally offsite. Therapists are not required to wash or fold laundry.
-Free onsite parking
-Hepa Filtration Systems in all treatment rooms as well as open windows (weather permitting).
