Redstone Private Banking Search is working with a leading financial institution looking to hire a Private Banker to join their team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop and manage a portfolio of ultra/high-net-worth clients across the LATAM region, providing tailored wealth management and investment solutions.
• Proactively acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones through strategic prospecting and networking.
• Work closely with internal teams, including investment specialists, credit advisors, and compliance, to ensure seamless client service.
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products relevant to LATAM clients.
• Role reports to the Head of Private Banking.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Proven track record as a Private Banker or Relationship Manager, managing LATAM clients and their wealth management needs.
• Strong network and client acquisition skills, with a deep understanding of Latin American market dynamics.
• Expertise in investment advisory, credit structuring, and financial planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Role is to be client-focused, revenue-generating, and compliance-driven.
