• Support basic research on technology trends and digital solutions to improve internal processes.
• Assist in analyzing business processes to understand user needs.
• Summarize findings and identify basic business problems that can be solved with IT solutions.
• Help prepare business requirements/user stories and support documentation.
• Support coordination, progress monitoring, UAT, and simple project reporting.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of software development and SDLC (Waterfall/Agile).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, documentation tools, and SQL.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with experience in simple projects as a plus.
