With a fantastic track record and a high calibre, international team, they're now looking to add an Investment Associate to support on the full deal life cycle in Copenhagen. What the job involves

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process across origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
• Take specific responsibility for workstreams, and run parts of a transaction
• Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition

Who we are looking for

• Exposure to private equity transactions likely from within corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or from another private equity firm
• Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial aptitude and strong technical skillset desirable
• International experience and top tier academics are a plus
• Nordic language skills are preferred
