Description

We are now working with a mid cap European private equity fund based in Milan.

They are now looking to recruit Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the following:

1. Full involvement in all aspects of the investment process
2. Supporting the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of their transactions
3. Leading and assisting with diligence workstreams
4. Assisting with deal negotiation with advisors

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

1. 3rd analyst / Associate level professional
2. Currently working within investment banking or private equity
3. Fluent in Italian
