Alternative Investment Manager based out of Miami. The firm's expertise lies in equities strategies across multiple sectors.

Position Overview:

The firm is looking to bring on an Analyst to their investment team that has experience working with small-cap equities as well as having experience with capital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of US Small-cap companies.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment reccomendations.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for the investment team and portfolio managers.
• Collaborate with Senior Analyst's and Portfolio Managers to develop investment strategies.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and their impact on the sector and portfolio holdings.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment analysis, with proven expertiese with US Small-cap equity companies and capital markets investing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar financial research tools.
