Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) Business Unit
Image Guided Therapy Devices, or IGT-D, is part of the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business at Philips. It consists of three primary segments:
• Coronary
• Peripheral Vascular
• Cardiac Solutions
IGT-D offers advanced tools and technologies designed to innovate minimally invasive, interventional procedures across these clinical domains, supporting the cluster's goal of improving 2.5 billion lives per year by 2030.
Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) creates images from inside blood vessels throughout the body, both arteries and veins, that enable clinicians to decide on the best therapy option, guide pre-procedure planning, and confirm and optimize treatment results.
About the role
The Integrated Planning Leader IGT-D plays a critical role in driving end-to-end supply chain planning and execution, acting as the single point of accountability for Business Units. This role ensures alignment across business, markets, procurement, manufacturing, and finance to deliver on strategic and financial objectives. The leader drives "one set of numbers" through robust S&OP, S&OE, and supply planning processes, enabling effective decision-making and operational excellence. By leading a high-performing team, they foster strong collaboration and continuous improvement across global functions.
They are responsible for balancing demand and supply, optimizing inventory, and ensuring reliable product availability while meeting revenue and delivery targets. Through scenario planning and risk analysis, they proactively manage uncertainties and support capacity and material readiness. The role also oversees factory planning, supplier performance, and logistics execution to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment commitments.
In addition, the leader defines and executes a maturity roadmap for planning transformation across ISC, IGT-D, embedding industry best practices and driving digitalization, including the selection and implementation of advanced planning systems (APS). By leveraging cross-industry planning benchmarks and KPIs, they continuously enhance forecast accuracy, reduce bias, improve inventory strategies, and strengthen on-time-in-full delivery performance across regions, business categories, and customer segments.
With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, this leader enhances visibility across the supply chain, manages disruptions, and drives performance against key KPIs. Ultimately, they ensure a resilient, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain that supports sustainable business growth.
More specifically, the Integrated Planning Leader IGT- D is responsible for:
- Be the single point of accountability to Business Units for end-to-end planning and execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, markets, ISC markets procurement, and finance, to ensure alignment of supply chain planning with the business' overall strategic objectives and attainment of financial plans. Coordinate activities to ensure "one set of numbers" - the Operating Plan - is used to manage business.
- Develop and implement a maturity roadmap for planning transformation to bring best-practices to the Demand and Supply Planning team for ISC, IGT-D, including a digitalization roadmap for selection and launch of an APS (Advanced Planning System) platform. Innovate with planning best-practices and KPIs from across industries to improve on-time-in-full customer deliveries, inventory management strategies, and forecast accuracy and bias by region, business category, and customer segment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team's success. Leads global and BU S&OP, Supply Planning, and S&OE. Close working partnership with OMM and manufacturing teams specific for the BU.
- Lead, manage and improve the monthly medium/long term planning process through S&OP to drive end-to-end "One Number" alignment and facilitate decision-making for the business. Thereby preparing in-time for capacity creation/reduction and the procurement of long-lead- time components. Conducts scenario planning and risk analysis, relative to sales and supply scenarios, for decision making in Business S&OP and Executive S&OP.
- Plan, control and attain Business Unit and Philips revenue goals and actively managing product build, shipment, scheduling and supply commits against quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement supply and inventory planning strategies and ensuring execution to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, and ensure product availability. Deploys and communicates market-specific supply plans to markets as well as ensuring supply plan adherence and reliability towards committed dates.
- Collaborate with Business to set competitive and effective product lead times and fulfillment service levels and develop, maintain, and drive product-specific supply chain to support consistent and resilient outcomes.
- Own and manage the end-to-end inventory management process for finished goals and components, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized to minimize excess and obsolete inventory, improving inventory.
- Coordinate with OMM the material management planning process, ensuring that materials are available when needed to meet production and customer demand, risks and opportunities and scenarios are embedded in Business S&OP decision-making. OMM Secures the availability of materials by tactical material planning with internal and external suppliers, proper material master data setup and purchase order management.
- Managing execution priorities through S&OE, balancing short-term planning, enhancing end-to-end visibility across operations, and efficiently responding to exceptions to improve financial and delivery predictability for the business. Provide integrated supply chain single-point-of-accountability to BU, Markets and Finance teams on order execution, customer escalations and fulfillment outcomes.
- Overseeing the factory planning and execution process, ensuring that production schedules are optimized to meet customer demand and minimize downtime.
- Manage supply disruptions and recovery resulting from production holds and or supply constraints.
- Monitor and secure supplier delivery performance and escalations with Procurement.
- Ensuring on-time delivery through close IWD partnership and seamless transportation from Factory to Market and attainment of lead-time targets and delivery commitments.
- Govern and ensure execution to supply chain KPIs to monitor, measure and deliver effectiveness of the supply chain planning and execution process as it relates to customer, financial and operational performance.
You're the right fit if you have:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business administration, engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Operations or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of Supply chain experience in S&OP, end-to-end planning processes, inventory management, product life-cycle management, sourcing, supply chain financials, and / or supply chain modeling experience.
- Highly effective at leading conversations that influence and drive optimized decisions with multiple executive stakeholders. Confident in presenting own position despite resistance or unfavorable reactions from others.
- Able to handle problems or conflicts with others openly and directly. Committed and willing to take risks, make decisions, and escalate when needed to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess, frame and drive data-driven decisions. Lead and coach organization to create models to analyze "what-if" scenarios for proactive planning purposes.
- Provides thought leadership in building connections between supply chain actions and strategic business outcomes. Anticipates future threats and opportunities for our customers and businesses and makes decisions based on global business conditions and strategies. Strategies are inclusive of data and intuition and encompass whole systems thinking.
- Deep experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals, priorities, and commitments. Able to hold peers, partners and self-accountable to commitments.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $178,000 to $284,000
The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $187,000 to $298.000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
