HUMAN RESOURCES/FINANCE ASSISTANT

OSU Institute of Technology in Okmulgee is seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources & Finance Assistant. This person will be Responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department by maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, processing paperwork, answering employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies, coordinating onboarding procedures, and generally supporting day-to-day HR operations, often acting as the first point of contact for employees on HR related matters. Also provides general administrative support to the VP of Fiscal Services, including clerical support and secretarial services, scheduling, communications, document production and organization, travel coordination, inventory, purchasing, and other administrative duties as required. Associate degree with two years related experience required. Other combinations of education and relative experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement. Basic mathematical and accounting skills a must, and exemplary customer service skills are mandatory. A background check will be arranged through Human Resources.
