Description
Either a full or part time consultant position to assist in the following general tasks: Payroll and withholdings, filing to taxes and process W-2/W-3 forms, assistance in recruiting and onboarding of new employees, Workers Comp Claims, Annual Audit of insurance and open enrollment, Maintaining the Ilex Fleet (servicing, accidents, auto buyouts etc.), Census and prepare for 5500 filings for 401K and ESOP. Consultant can work off-site, but may need to come into the office for meetings and coordination of work.
Requirements
Ilex would like a consultant who is a versatile generalist with three to five years of strong HR experience, excellent knowledge of employment law (local, state and federal), and proficiency in hiring, onboarding and payroll. The candidate needs strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive information with complete discretion. The candidate should have experience with payroll software, although we will train on our specific system. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field. This job requires adaptability and the wearing of multiple "hats". The position will include fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
