Description
We are a growing high-rise window cleaning company seeking experienced, safety-conscious technicians to join our team. You'll perform interior/exterior window cleaning on commercial high-rise buildings using rope descent systems (bosun chairs), swing stages, scaffolding, and aerial lift as well as ladders and extension poles to access the work. Work includes local North NJ/NYC-area projects plus periodic travel to exciting out-of-state high-rise jobs (1-3 weeks). We prioritize safety, professionalism, and reliable W-2 employment with steady paychecks and benefits—no 1099 gig work
Key Responsibilities:
Safely clean windows and glass surfaces on high-rise buildings using rope access, bosun chairs, swing stages, or other approved methods.
Perform interior and exterior cleaning on commercial properties.
Set up/tear down equipment, including rigging ropes, anchors, and safety systems.
Travel out-of-state for 1-3 week projects (travel expenses fully covered).
Adhere to all OSHA, IWCA, SPRAT and company safety protocols.
Maintain clean job sites and equipment.
Pass daily safety checks and participate in ongoing training.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven high-rise window cleaning experience (minimum 2+ years preferred; rope access or bosun chair work a big plus).
Certifications preferred/required: IWCA Certified Window Cleaner, OSHA 10/30, SPRAT Level 1+ or IRATA equivalent, fall protection training. (We provide ongoing training for the right candidates.)
Comfortable working at heights (no fear of heights; height/physical assessment required).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel involves driving/company vehicles).
Physically fit: able to lift 50+ lbs, climb, bend, and work in all weather.
Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and reference checks.
Reliable, team-oriented, with strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
Willing to travel periodically for out-of-state work.
