Opportunity Overview

Altus Performance Florida is seeking a  passionate, experienced High Performance Coach  to join our team as an  independent contractor . This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated coach who is performance-driven, skilled in working with elite-level players, and comfortable integrating advanced technologies into their daily coaching.

This position is ideal for a coach who values autonomy while thriving in a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Experience Required

What We're Looking For

• Experience in teaching and coaching proven players
• Deep understanding of swing mechanics, player development, and skill acquisition
• Experience using and interpreting data from golf technology platforms
• Clear, effective communicator and team collaborator
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to ongoing development
• PGA or international coaching certification is a plus, but not mandatory

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching to professional players, top juniors, and high-level amateurs
• Develop and implement skill-based performance plans aligned with Altus methodology
• Use modern coaching tools such as  TrackMan, Swing Catalyst, force plates, and 3D motion capture
• Collaborate with the Altus coaching team and performance staff to optimize athlete development
• Maintain professional documentation and communication with clients
• Represent the Altus brand with excellence and integrity
