Our client is a highly established and successful major financial institution. It has been posting strong financial performance and currently undergoing strategic business transformation to achieve its ambitious growth targets. There is now a rare opportunity to re-imagine and develop the firm's talent and leadership capabilities to developing its workforce of the future for its Singapore business.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Singapore CHRO, you will play a pivotal role in developing and driving a future-focused talent, leadership, and succession agenda aligned to the organisation's ambitious goals. You will be responsible for creating solutions to develop and strengthen leadership competencies, accelerate capability building, nurture high-potential talent, strengthen leadership pipelines, and ensure robust succession planning. Working closely with the C-suite, HR leadership, and business stakeholders, you work will be crucial in future-proofing the workforce and positioning the organisation as an employer of choice. A trusted advisor and thought leader, you will bring fresh perspectives, insights, and best-in-class practices to reimagine how the firm attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Requirements
You are a progressive and future-focused talent leader with proven track record of leading Talent & Leadership Development functions in complex, forward-looking organisations. Will bring a consultative yet pragmatic approach, a strong grasp of emerging talent trends, and the credibility to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders. Strategic yet hands-on, you are skilled at both shaping vision and driving impactful implementation at scale. Candidates from human capital consulting firms who demonstrate the potential to transition in-house will also be considered.
