A leading multinational corporation is seeking an accomplished Head of Investor Relations to spearhead the development and execution of its global Investor Relations (IR) strategy. This senior leadership role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and is ideal for internationally oriented professionals with strong corporate pedigree, proven IR expertise, and the desire to relocate to one of Asia's most dynamic markets.

Role Purpose
The Head of Investor Relations will lead the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive IR program that aligns with corporate objectives and regulatory standards. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the company's investment narrative, managing all interactions with the financial community, and serving as a strategic advisor to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic, strategic Investor Relations plan.
• Craft and articulate the company's investment story, supported by robust business databases and analytics.
• Prepare key IR materials, including quarterly/annual presentations, MD&A content, press releases, and other communication assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts and investors through meetings, company visits, conferences, and roadshows.
• Maintain and continually update the investor database for accuracy and accessibility.
• Gather feedback and insights from the investment community and provide strategic recommendations to senior executives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all IR matters.
• Establish and manage relationships with relevant exchanges, industry bodies, and investor relations associations.
• Oversee the Investor Relations section of the corporate website to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, synthesizing insights into actionable intelligence for the business.
• Support the preparation and coordination of the annual report, regulatory filings (e.g., 56‑1), and board-level presentations.

Qualifications & Background

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Investment Banking. Experience within large multinational corporations or global organizations strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships with key stakeholders, including without direct reporting authority.
• Strong analytical capability and the ability to translate financial and market insights into strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in English-verbal, written, and presentation.
• Deep understanding of relevant financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
