Overview

The Head Golf Professional at Bryan Park is responsible for the management and performance of all golf related services at the course, including, but not limited to, total golf operations, all tournaments and outings and outside services.  Some merchandising will be included. The candiate will become a part of our "team" culture which is the centerpoint of our success. Bryan Park is not just our job, but our way of life. The candidate will promote an exceptional "golf experience" and provide excellent services and programs for all guests. The position requires a friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to professionally interact and communicate with all staff, management team, and guests. The Head Golf Professional will work closely with and directly report to the General Manager/Director of Golf to provide guidance, resources and achievements regarding the policies and goals of the facility. This position will have a great opportunity for growth within our company as we expand.

Experience Required

• PGA Class A Member or Associate in good standing
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Proven record of providing outstanding service
• Prefer experience in daily fee facility
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge and usage of social media avenues to promote facility 
• Technologically proficient as well as highly organized and detailed
• Exceptional verbal and written Communications
• Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
• Well versed in Golf Genius Tournament Software
• Wants to be a "team" player!!

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct all golf activities including daily management responsibilities of golf shop and outside services.
• Successfully train staff to ensure that the overall experience for all guests is one that is memorable and meets the highest standards
• Outstanding business skills associated with financial reporting and maximizing revenues, 
• Outstanding work ethic with high enthusiasm
• Perform as a "team player" that understands the importance of working with all departments to support the success of the facility as a whole
• Manage all tournament/outing requests.  Must be well versed in Golf Genius Tournament software.
• Hiring, training and supervision of full and part-time employees in golf department.
• Provide input and suggestions to enhance the overall experience of our guests.
• Assist with managing and promoting a merchandising program

Benefits

• Salary range is $65,000 - $75,000
• Health Insurance @ 75% of individual premium cost
