Essential Responsibilities

Your job is to help golfers train, develop, and elevate their game through:

•  1-on-1 Instruction: TPI ASSESSMENT, Coaching, & Club Fitting

•  Small Group Classes

•  Youth Development Programs (Operation 36)

• Track progress, update plans, and maintain accurate member performance notes

•  Game Improvement Plans & Player Development Models

•  Technology-Driven Analysis (TrackMan, PuttView)

•  Creating an energetic, encouraging environment every day through positive membership engagement 

 

You will be the heart & Soul of Tee Box-welcoming members, building relationships, and being a consistent positive force in their golf journey. Collaborating with TeeBox Ownership to collectively drive the best training grounds for both new golfers and the serious athlete. 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

We're looking for someone who is:

•  Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping people improve

•  Comfortable with technology & data-driven coaching

•  Energetic, positive, and great with people

•  Organized, reliable, and committed to delivering a 5-star experience

•  Growth-minded and excited to keep learning

•  (Preferred) PGA member, Associate, or actively pursuing certification

•  (Preferred) Experience coaching youth, adults, or competitive players
