OverviewAbout KJ Golf Academy
KJ Golf Academy is one of the fastest-growing junior golf academies in Southern California, known for producing tournament-level juniors and delivering high-level instruction in a structured, energetic, and supportive environment. We work year-round, operate multiple programs-including PGA Junior League, JDP (Junior Development Program), Advanced & Elite Groups-and value professionalism, teamwork, and communication.
We are expanding our coaching team for 2026 and seeking a dedicated coach who is passionate about helping juniors reach their potential.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and coachable golf instructor who enjoys teaching juniors from beginner to competitive levels. The ideal candidate understands golf fundamentals, can communicate clearly with both parents and students, and is enthusiastic about professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Teach private lessons (30-minute sessions) and group classes
- Coach in PGA Junior League and seasonal junior programs
- Communicate with parents regularly regarding student progress
- Use academy training aids and teaching tools effectively
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent KJGA values
- Assist the academy team with setup, breakdown, and organization
- Help foster a positive, disciplined, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with the coaching staff and follow academy curriculum
Requirements- Strong knowledge of golf swing fundamentals
- Experience teaching juniors (preferred but not required)
- PGA Associate / PGA Member preferred (not required)
- Must be professional, punctual, organized, and teachable
- Strong communication skills with parents and children
- Willingness to learn KJGA teaching structure and system
- Passion for junior development and long-term student progress
