Cataract/Refractive Surgeon - Partnership Track

Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Comprehensive General Ophthalmologist with Cataract Surgery experience to join our thriving team. With an established referral network and high surgical volume, you will have immediate access to a robust patient base and cutting-edge technology for premium IOLs, femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, and refractive procedures. We also welcome candidates with subspecialties such as oculoplastics, cornea or glaucoma, who would integrate seamlessly into our group. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform cataract, refractive, and related ocular surgeries.

• RESIDENTS WELCOME!

 • Manage patients from surgical evaluation through post-op care. 

• Educate patients on surgical options, including premium IOLs. 

• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team to ensure exceptional outcomes. 

• Participate in practice growth initiatives. 

Qualifications: 

• M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency.

• Fellowship training in refractive surgery preferred, not required. 

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.

 • Texas medical license or ability to obtain prior to start. 

• Dedication to patient care and surgical excellence.
