Description

Our client, a Singapore-headquartered maritime organisation with a strong global presence, is looking to hire a FP&A Finance Business Partner to support its growing business needs.

This is a high-visibility role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders and report directly to the Group FP&A Director, providing financial insights that influence strategic decisions and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights, performance analysis, and KPI reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across business units.
• Provide financial input on pricing strategies, investments, and business cases, supporting commercial and operational decisions.
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks, cost optimisation opportunities, and process improvements to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and commercial teams, acting as a trusted finance advisor to leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CPA.
• 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A/ finance business partnering, ideally within a multinational or complex organisation.
• Logistics, supply chain, or maritime industry exposure is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong financial modelling, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
