Join our FRRA Innovations Team within Corporate Finance, where you will help shape the future of Regulatory Reporting. Your expertise will drive innovation and support our commitment to excellence and integrity.As a Vice President / Senior Associate in the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) Innovations Team, you will provide governance, standards and oversight for strategic initiatives impacting US Regulatory Reporting, with a focus on loans and commitments. You will work within Corporate Finance, supporting the execution and delivery of regulatory reporting requirements. In this role, you will help maintain data integrity, drive project management best practices and foster a collaborative team culture. You will be empowered to lead change and contribute to the firm's ongoing success.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple technology projects to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Develop program plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 5+ years of project management experience, within financial services, a regulated industry or tech sector.
- Substantial experience in change management with proven success executing on multiple projects or initiatives at once.
- Ability to simplify complex project aspects in executive summaries using effective storytelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through interactions with various levels of seniority.
- Ability to assimilate in an organization and proactively form working relationships with key stakeholders across groups.
- Product domain knowledge in traditional commercial banking products.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of external (Regulatory / SEC) reporting requirements and frameworks is a plus.
