Description
Drive transformation and innovation at Chase Auto as a Financial Analysis Vice President, where you'll lead cross-functional teams, optimize pricing strategies, and deliver impactful financial insights that shape the future of auto lending.As a Financial Analysis Vice President on the Chase Auto Treasury team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Chase Auto Proforma reporting process and analytics which reflects the lifetime profitability of loans and leases, leading the transformation agenda, as well as conducting analyses to support assumptions and forecasted inputs. In this role, you will be working with the leadership team across finance, Chase Auto business, and risk organizations. You will also partner with the Consumer and Community Banking Treasury, Chase Auto Pricing and Chase Auto CFO teams to analyze and align on pricing inputs to models and applications. You will also lead the transformation of the platform to simplify and support price optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to transform methodologies and forecasting of key inputs to optimize Chase Auto's pricing
- Lead cross functional working teams to execute and deliver on projects to launch new partnerships or initiatives into the Proforma process and reporting
- Lead and execute monthly financial reporting processes
- Prepare Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs) for the technology teams to intake projects to make changes to Proforma
- Complete ad hoc analyses to determine impacts on profitability driven by various changes in the business or market
- Prepare updates and presentations on the impacts of proposed changes to Proforma profitability to obtain senior management approvals; also deliver findings to a variety of audiences
- Have a strong focus on enhancing and streamlining processes and automating workflows to reduce processing time
- Maintain governance and controls including the monitoring of data integrity and leading a robust testing environment
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, other related field required
- 7+ years finance and/or accounting experience
- Highly proficient in project management with the ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across a highly matrixed cross functional organization
- Proven leader with the ability to drive results on large scale deliverables
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proficient in SQL and Alteryx
- Ability to communicate to leadership in a concise and effective manner both verbally and written
- Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance on time-sensitive initiatives

- MBA a plus
