Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a well-established, client-centric private wealth firm to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser to join their growing team in Adelaide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven adviser to step into a role with strong existing infrastructure, genuine career progression, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

What you’ll do: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Provide holistic advice across investments, super, retirement and estate planning
Conduct detailed client meetings to identify needs and deliver tailored strategies
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
Generate new business through referrals, networking and strategic initiatives
What we’re looking for: 3 + years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
Relevant financial planning qualifications
Strong understanding of compliance and advice frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercial mindset with a focus on growth
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
