Description
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and execute the fundraising operations for multiple political campaigns. The ideal candidate brings sharp research skills, strong organization, and the ability to manage fast-moving campaign environments. This role focuses on supporting candidates throughout the 2026 cycle and begins immediately.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement finance plans in coordination with campaign leadership.
Conduct thorough donor research using federal and state campaign-finance databases.
Manage and staff candidate call time, ensuring disciplined follow-through and tracking.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Numero records, including donor history, bios, and contact information.
Plan, coordinate, and staff fundraising events for assigned candidates.
Oversee data entry, list management, and all finance-related database functions.
Prepare weekly finance reports, projections, and cash-flow updates.
Perform additional duties as needed to support campaign fundraising goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and independently manage projects.
At least one cycle of experience using Numero and ActBlue.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of political landscapes, issues, and campaign finance compliance.
Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly.
Clear passion for campaigning, politics, and electing strong Democratic candidates.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel or relocate as needed for campaign operations.
Compensation
