Our client, an international hospitality group, is seeking a Finance Manager for their new hotel opening in Sapporo. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the pre-opening and setup phase, serving as the top finance role on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead financial setup for new hotel opening
• - Communicate financial reports in English to brand stakeholders
• - Ensure compliance with Japanese financial regulations
• - Oversee all financial operations for the hotel
• - Collaborate with Japanese owners and GM on financial matters

• - 新規ホテル開業に向けた財務体制の構築・管理
• - 英語での財務報告をブランドの利害関係者に提供
• - 日本の財務規制への準拠を確保
• - ホテル全体の財務運営を統括
• - 日本のオーナーやゼネラルマネージャーとの財務関連協力

Qualifications:

• - Must speak and write fluently in Japanese
• - Business-level English proficiency
• - 5+ years of experience in finance management
• - Experience in hospitality finance
• - Knowledge of Japanese financial regulations

• - 日本語での流暢な会話および文書作成能力
• - ビジネスレベルの英語力
• - 5年以上の財務管理経験
• - ホスピタリティ業界での財務経験
• - 日本の財務規制に関する知識
