Finance Manager 財務マネージャー - Hospitality Finance (Competitive Salary, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off)

Our client, a company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Finance Manager/ADOF based in Kobe, open to candidates from non-hospitality backgrounds. This role offers the opportunity to oversee daily financial operations and collaborate closely with various hotel departments, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• - Oversee daily financial operations and processes
• - Manage accounts receivable and payable accurately
• - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• - Monitor and manage cash flow for liquidity
• - Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
• - Lead and support the finance team
• - Foster collaboration with other departments for financial reporting

Qualifications:

• - 2+ years in finance management
• - Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
• - Nissho Boki Level 2 or higher
• - Experience with auditing and tax filing is preferred but not mandatory
• - CPA/USCPA certification is preferred but not mandatory
• - Fluency in Japanese and business English
• - Experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory

• - 財務管理の経験2年以上

• - 日商簿記2級以上
• - 監査および税務申告の経験があれば尚可
• - CPA/USCPAの資格を持つ方は歓迎
• - 日本語とビジネス英語に堪能であること
