Description

Our client is a rapidly growing family office seeking a Finance Manager to support senior management across investment and financial functions.

Responsibilities:

• Compile detailed financial reports, documents, and provide critical data to support audits and internal compliance.
• Manage daily transactions and records, such as payments, reimbursements, and other operational claims.
• Manage cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
• Coordinate banking operations, including new account management, and KYC.
• Support tax-related activities such as tax filing and collaborating with outside tax advisors.
• Manage and record investment materials and documents.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar discipline.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience including in-house experience.
• External audit training from Big 4 is a must. CPA qualified.
• Expertise in financial reporting and accounting standard.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong time management skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), both spoken and written.
