Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and overseeing all financial operations and reporting processes.
• preparing for consolidation for BVI, Hong Kong and China subsidiaries
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals.
• Preparing and presenting detailed financial analysis and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
• Supervising and mentoring the Accounting & Finance team in Hong Kong.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
• Identifying opportunities for cost-saving and improving financial efficiency.
• Supporting audit processes and liaising with external auditors when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in Hong Kong.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
