Mickell Lowery's Mayoral Campaign for Shelby County is seeking an experienced Field Director to lead a diverse and dynamic team of Field Organizers (FOs) in Shelby County. We are looking for a passionate, hardworking leader committed to building a field organizing and turnout operation that will propel Mickell Lowery to victory in the Shelby County Mayoral race.

Core Duties
- Hire, manage, train, and hold accountable a team of Field Organizers and volunteers on a daily basis
- Oversee timely and accurate reporting and data management
- Keep your team focused and motivated in a high-stress, rigorous work schedule and environment
- Ensure your team meets its weekly and monthly voter contact metrics
- Other duties as assigned

This is a management position. Responsibilities may include hiring, firing, discipline, and supervision of employees.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Previously held Deputy Field Director, Regional Field Director, or Field Organizer positions
- At least 1 cycle of field campaign experience
- Experience working in large, metric-driven voter contact programs preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have access to a cell phone and vehicle
The starting salary for this position is $4,000 per month, prorated for days worked each month. This position is full time through the May 5th county election. This is an in-person position.
