About the role
This role is ideal for an experienced Adviser who thrives in a highvolume, booked advice environment and enjoys delivering intrafund and retirement advice that genuinely helps members make confident decisions about their super and retirement.
You’ll provide scaled advice primarily over the phone, with opportunities to engage via video or inperson when required. Working within a wellestablished advice framework, you’ll balance productivity, compliance and client care while maintaining strong referral relationships and service standards.
Key responsibilities
Deliver highvolume intrafund and retirement advice through booked advice calls, primarily phonebased, with video or facetoface opportunities as required
Conduct thorough online factfinding to understand client circumstances, goals and retirement needs
Translate complex superannuation and retirement concepts into clear, simple and actionable advice
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external referral partners, providing feedback and insights
Meet and manage key Advice KPIs, SLAs and productivity targets while maintaining quality outcomes
Adhere to the advice framework, governance requirements and regulatory obligations, including remediation where required
Participate in system, workflow and process improvements to enhance member experience and efficiency
Stay current with legislative changes, CPD requirements and all mandatory MUFG learning programs
About you
You are a confident, membercentric Adviser who brings strong technical capability and commercial awareness to your advice delivery. You enjoy working in a structured, fastpaced environment and take pride in helping Australians better understand their super and retirement options.
You will bring:
Registration on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register (FAR) – mandatory
RG146 compliance with evidence of completed CPD
Strong technical knowledge across superannuation and retirement advice
Experience delivering intrafund advice (highly regarded, but not mandatory)
Proven ability to manage high volumes of booked advice calls while maintaining quality and compliance
Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly
High attention to detail, strong analytical capability and confidence using online factfind tools
A collaborative mindset and willingness to share experience within a diverse, highperforming team
