We are seeking a Director of Operational Excellence (OpEx) in our Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN Locations.
We are seeking a Director of Operational Excellence (OpEx) to lead and drive continuous improvement across our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. This role will be responsible for advancing operational excellence across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, and customer delivery, while enabling scalability, efficiency, and high-quality execution across the supply chain.
This is a player/coach leadership role, responsible for leading a small, high-impact team while personally driving key strategic initiatives. They will partner closely with ISC leadership, functional and technical leaders, and external partners to improve operational performance, service levels, and organizational outcomes

The role requires deep expertise in process improvement with the ability to interpret financial data, evaluate ROI, and translate insights into operational decisions that strengthen profitability and efficiency. This leader is a strategic thinker who can partner across functions to streamline workflows, reduce waste, enhance resource utilization, and implement scalable, data‑driven solutions that support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead the development and execution of Operational Excellence strategy across the Integrated Supply Chain, aligning with business objectives and customer commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to improve cost, quality, delivery, and service.
- Develop and standardize processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and consistency across ISC functions.
- Data, Analytics & Insights
- Develop at‑a‑glance operational and supply chain analytics to provide leaders with timely, actionable insights.
- Leverage strong financial acumen and data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and fulfillment.
- Own and evolve supply and demand planning models, ensuring accurate visibility and decision support for ISC and its finance partnership.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
- Partner closely with ISC leaders to support integrated business planning and execution.
- Establish governance forums, operating rhythms, and reporting structures that ensure consistent, high-quality information flow across the supply chain.
- Influence and align stakeholders without direct authority to drive operational excellence outcomes.
- Customer & Service Excellence
- Ensure operational readiness to meet customer commitments, including service levels, delivery performance, and issue resolution.
- Oversee operational support processes, including escalation management for service disruptions, quality issues, or supply chain interruptions.
- Own performance tracking and documentation against service level agreements (SLAs), where applicable.
- Competitive & Strategic Insight
- Lead competitive and industry benchmarking for supply chain operations, translating insights into strategic actions and improvement priorities.
- Provide leadership-level insights that go beyond reporting, including forward-looking risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Technology, Automation & AI Enablement
- Promote and enable smart usage of digital tools, automation, AI, and ML to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency across ISC.
- Partner with technical teams to identify and implement scalable solutions that enhance supply chain performance.
- People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing OpEx team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear priorities, align work to business outcomes, and ensure high-quality execution across all initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Master's degree required
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, supply chain operations, finance or similar continuous improvement roles
- Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting or leading supply chain, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or integrated planning functions
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
The pay range for this role is $200,000 $250,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
