As Director for a Big 4 advisory firm, you will lead client engagements and help insurance clients unlock smarter growth. You will assess enterprise-wide distribution models, identify opportunities, and design large-scale practical transformation programmes that drive revenue and impact.

Key requirements
- University Degree
- Minimum of 10-12 years experience in distribution management (agency, bancassurance, partnerships or distribution strategy)
- Strong commercial instinct with knowledge of distribution segments and industry trends.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial qualities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
