As Director for a Big 4 advisory firm, you will lead client engagements and help insurance clients unlock smarter growth. You will assess enterprise-wide distribution models, identify opportunities, and design large-scale practical transformation programmes that drive revenue and impact.

This is a strong platform if you want to influence and scale your impact working across multiple clients in Hong Kong.

Key requirements

• University Degree
• Minimum of 10-12 years experience in distribution management (agency, bancassurance, partnerships or distribution strategy)
• Strong commercial instinct with knowledge of distribution segments and industry trends.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial qualities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
