PMG Reed's Crossing Dermatology | Hillsboro, Oregon | 0.75 FTE or Full‑Time (1.0 FTE)
Providence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join our established, physician‑led dermatology group in the Portland, Oregon metro area. This position is based at PMG Reed's Crossing Dermatology, located in Hillsboro—approximately 10 miles west of downtown Portland—and offers an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving practice with strong institutional support.

Position Highlights:
- Flexible FTE options: 0.75 FTE (3 days/week) or 1.0 FTE (4 days/week)
- 8.5 hours/day of patient care
- Physician‑designed schedule templates with meaningful autonomy
- 15‑minute visits for routine office appointments
- 30-45-60-minute procedure slots, based on physician preference
- Option to perform cosmetic dermatology
- Option to read some or all of your own dermatopathology
- On‑site Narrowband UVB phototherapy and photodynamic therapy
- New graduates and fellows welcome to apply
Compensation & Incentives:
- Compensation is $450,000 per year
- Guaranteed base salary for 1.0 FTE (Pro‑rated for 0.75 FTE)
- Production bonus paid bi‑weekly, calculated using a rolling 4‑month average of wRVU production
- Physicians often increase total compensation by 75%+ once fully ramped
- To support candidates who are ready to move forward, we're offering an enhanced signing bonus of up to $50,000 for agreements finalized by May 29th, 2026.
- Relocation assistance available
- CME allowance of $6,000 plus 80 CME hours annually (1.0 FTE)
